As the leader of WSE, he and his highly experienced team of sports marketing, corporate hospitality, ticketing and event management professionals have the skills necessary to coordinate and manage incentive programs of every size.

From the Super Bowl to the U.S. Open, from Ireland golf trips to entertainment Awards shows, Jeff has executed hundreds of successful programs with a roster of very satisfied clients. He can create programs around the biggest and most desirable sporting and entertainment events as well as find highly desirable but hard to find destinations and experiences.
With over 20 years of experience in event production and fundraising, as well as being a volunteer and board member for a number of philanthropic organizations in his community, Jeff Cova, President and CEO of Winspire, Inc., knows firsthand what it takes to make an event successful.
By nature, Jeff is a problem-solver and a visionary. In 2001, he co-founded an auction-production company that provided solutions to many of the challenges he had faced in his 20 years in the industry. Their objective was to help non-profits manage their fundraising events more efficiently and effectively. While producing hundreds of high profile fundraising auction events, “We saw over and over again that the really exciting travel and entertainment packages were the biggest hits among event attendees. To increase our clients’ net revenue dramatically, we needed to find a way to deliver these experiences to the non-profits we served.”
With that in mind, they turned their attention to finding a way to supply amazing trips and experiences to their clients. In 2008, Jeff founded Winspire, Inc. He has continued to develop relationships with the best suppliers in the travel, entertainment and sports industries. Jeff and his team at Winspire have created a portfolio of unique packages for non-profits to use on a no risk basis. Finally, there is easy access to hundreds of packages -- unique, VIP, once-in-a-lifetime experiences. With its network of partners and sources, there isn’t an experience or location that Winspire can’t deliver.

As a natural fit with its core business, Winspire expanded its operation in 2011 to include a focus on corporate hospitality and incentive programs. The WSE team is comprised of highly experiences professionals specializing in sports marketing, corporate hospitality, ticketing solutions and event management.

Rob is a proud member of the Winspire Team, and along with his enthusiastic attitude, brings along 10 years of experience in the industry. A Sports Management Graduate from the University of Dayton, Rob also had the honor of being named captain of the Varsity Football Team. During his time as a student athlete, Rob was awarded the 53rd annual Lt. Andy Zulli Memorial Trophy for exceptional qualities of sportsmanship, scholarship and leadership.
His years of experience in athletics have cultivated his passion for sporting and entertainment events, and are a reliable resource when planning a truly unique experience. Rob’s favorite experiences include The Masters Golf Tournament, NFL Super Bowl, and Scotland Golf Adventures.
In addition to his time devoted to serving Winspire clients, he is also very active in the community as a youth athletics coach, academic counselor, and serves on the board of his local Archdiocese.
With seven years of experience in the sports and entertainment industry, Cadi has worked at almost every major sporting event. Cadi’s favorite part of her job is seeing her clients’ excitement before they walk onto Augusta National Golf Course to watch the Masters Golf Tournament or when they get ready to tee off at St. Andrews Old Course. With great attention to detail, Cadi strives to exceed her clients’ expectations and ensure that each trip is unforgettable and truly “once of a lifetime.”
Cadi graduated with a Communications degree from the University of Cincinnati where she initially discovered her love of being involved in events by organizing on-campus fundraisers, intramural leagues and social events.
Melissa attended Miami University where she studied Finance at the Richard T. Farmer School of Business. After five years as a Pricing Analyst for a leading long term care pharmaceutical company, Melissa followed her passion for planning and was the first to join the Winspire Sports & Entertainment Team. Since then, she has helped plan and execute several events for clients.
Melissa understands the value of putting her clients’ needs first to exceed expectations every time. There is no request too big or too small that she won’t try to manage -- a ‘skill’ she has acquired from EVP, Jeff Weber and his many years of experience in the sports and entertainment industry. The biggest satisfaction she gets from her current role is seeing the smile on client’s faces when they lead a successful program and helping people cross off items on their bucket list!
Jen graduated from Indiana University where she majored in Tourism, Hospitality, and Event Management and minored in Sports Marketing. Knowing she wanted to be involved in the sports industry, she then spent the summer at the Western and Southern Open in Cincinnati, Ohio as their Suite and Sponsor Hospitality Intern.
Carla manages all financial functions of the business. Prior to joining Winspire, Carla worked for two Certified Public Accounting firms and volunteered in both financial and other capacities around her children's school and outside activities, including PTA, SOCSA, AYSO and other non-profit organizations.
Carla earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting from California State University Fullerton. She and her husband have been married for 26 years and have three daughters, and two pet boxers. Carla enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, music and sports.
Jerry has worked in the sports hospitality business for the past nine years. He has felt fortunate to work with clients at golf events in Ireland and Scotland, The Masters, U.S. Open, P.G.A. Championships, plus the Ryder Cup competitions held in The United States.
Grandchildren, gardening, and being a Cincinnati Bengals season ticket holder for the past 42 years are his pastimes.
David attended The Ohio State University and graduated with a degree in Sport Industry and a specialization in Entrepreneurship. He has a wide background in volunteer opportunities for non-profit sports governing bodies with experience in sports journalism and volunteer management. He is also a nationally recognized official for college club sports. A long athletic history in a surprising variety of team and individual sports gives David the ability to create unique opportunities through Winspire Sports & Entertainment.
Tina manages all financial functions of the business. Prior to joining Winspire, Tina worked for a Certified Public Accounting firm and in the Ecommerce, Environmental and Non-Profit Sectors. She currently volunteers for her children’s school and outside activities, including X-Country, Pee Wee Football, Academy of Performing Arts and other non-profit organizations.
Tina earned her Accounting Certification from LTU of Orange County. She spends her free time with her 6 children and their activities. Besides her family, Tina’s passion is music and travel.
Maggie graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor's degree is Marketing. She has always had a passion for sports and gained experience in the industry through her work with the Cincinnati Reds (including the 2015 MLB All-Star Game) and the University of Dayton Athletics program.
